Hi everyone and welcome to this Hypnosis for Alcohol Moderation & Reduction. This soft spoken ASMR Sleep Hypnosis will help you to experience a lucid dream using an out of body experience hypnosis, a scientifically proven technique (see reference below). I am a doctor of clinical psychology and a trained hypnotherapist so this lucid dreaming hypnosis represents a real therapy experience. Lucid dreaming has many benefits for our psychological health but for most people is a skill that needs to be practiced in order to experience the benefits.

This is an ASMR sleep hypnosis so includes multiple triggers for relaxation and sleep. It concludes with deep sleep induction and an extended gentle mountain wind soundscape to aid relaxation and to stabilise sleep. This is a soft spoken ASMR hypnosis, a whispered version will be available soon.
