Is silver jewelry right for you? I know a lot of people that love silver and prefer it over gold. I also know people that HATE silver jewelry. I’m some where in the middle. I love silver as a metal but don’t like it for jewelry use. The tarnishing factor on silver kills it for me. I get it’s easy to polish and clean but I just don’t want to worry about it. This necklace is a simple project more suited for pre-advanced skill level in silversmithing
Our design is a hand-drawn tree which we digitized.
The necklace features three layers of solid sterling silver, selectively scratched texturing on the background, hanger, end game polishing, overplates and finaly liquid cold enamel to bring that background to life!
