This one was certainly more than overdue! This was one of my most requested videos, and now that I’ve gotten around to doing it, I’m glad that I did. First and foremost, this video has the transformation during the file, so no trigger this time. What it will do is bring you back into trance, and then when you wake up, you will believe you are, see things, and act like your favorite pokemon. This will last for twenty minutes, before you return to normal, remembering the entire experience.

Hi everyone and welcome to this Hypnosis for Alcohol Moderation & Reduction. This recording will help you to control your drinking habits (stop binge drinking) and learn to develop a mindful drinking approach to alcohol consumption. I embarked on a journey of alcohol moderation and drastically cutting down on what I drank, I used similar recordings, a drinking diary to monitor when I drank and put guidelines in place. I also noted triggers such as people, places or emotional states that had lead me to over drink in the past.
